These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings made with Sussex Offshore Fishing Charters Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operator of the charter vessel Lady of the Lake, departing from Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. By making a booking, whether by WhatsApp, phone, email or through our listing on Charter Boats UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Placeholder text. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and acknowledged by us. Deposit amount, balance due date, accepted payment methods and any minimum group size requirements will be set out here.
